Koon Co. is L.L.C “a limited liability company”, subject to Egyptian Investment Law and established according to a modern American system specialized in establishing companies, entitled “the partner employee”.
We are the first Egyptian company to represent the final owner “Buyer” in front of the developer “Seller”, to protect their financial and contractual rights, whether it is a residential, administrative, commercial unit, clinics, hospitals, hotels, services facility or factories.
All internal administrative departments ( Engineering – Constructional – Financial – Marketing – Sales – Legal ) feature expertise in the field of engineering, construction and real estate development, for the purpose of representing the final owner “Buyer” and defending their financial and contractual rights towards the developer “Seller” and providing necessary solutions and services for them in a professional manner and at the highest level.
